El Boliche

The restaurant El Boliche is a rehabilitated barn dedicated in its time to the forge. Our restoration project is to combine the wide Spanish cuisine with the Argentine touch, including especially the meats, which are from Galicia. This rural restaurant located in the heart of the Lozoya Valley recommends a trip to the mountains of Madrid to eat at home in a hidden place in the Sierra de Guadarrama.
