Nordic Ski Center of Navafría

Alameda del Valle, because of its proximity to the Port of Navafría, offers the possibility of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. For this, the Nordic Ski Center of Navafría organizes activities and courses of learning and improvement (individual and group) at the hands of specialized professionals. A unique opportunity to enjoy, during your stay in Alameda del Valle, a winter day in the middle of nature, without forgetting the ascent and descent to the Port of Navafría, because it offers exceptional panoramic views among forests of oaks and pines, and where it is possible make stops to enjoy walks with a real charm.

 

It has 8 tracks of varying duration and degree of difficulty, 3 shelters, 2 outstanding peaks, 1 recreational area, 1 viewpoint and tourist area. The facilities, in addition to renting skis and snowshoes, has encephalous room, changing rooms and toilets, information point, first aid kit and first aid.

 

From Alameda, take the M-604 towards the A-1, as soon as you get to Lozoya, turn left towards Puerto de Navafría through the M-637. The center is on the top, just on the border between Madrid and Segovia
